Who isn’t interested in their skin looking fresh, supple and youthful? While the ideal client is someone with mild to moderate wrinkles, all skin types can and will benefit from facial rejuvenation.
Patients can expect a mild pinprick sensation during the treatment. Each person is unique in their response but usually you can expect the treated skin to be red in color and feel warm, similar to a mild sunburn. The redness and warmth will fade within the first 24 hours and should not interfere with daily activities.

At Advanced Aesthetic Laser Center we utilize our IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) also known as a Photofacial to help remove the signs of age which reveals itself in the form of freckles, sun damage, melasma, prematurely aged skin, uneven skin tones and rosacea. The result is even skin tone, minimized fine lines and pores for a more aesthetic look, feel and texture of your rejuvenated glowing fresh skin.
The IPL hand piece delivers the non-invasive treatment to the irregularities without causing damage to the surrounding skin. Our combination of topical air cooling and the sapphire cooling plate for direct cooling contact with the skin provides superior patient comfort without the need for anesthetics. After the treatment you can expect to look quite flushed but this will mostly subside within an hour or two. Sometime either immediately following your IPL treatment or up to 72 hours after treatment we expect that the targeted pigment or irregularity will become a mild scab and flake off within a week to two weeks, becoming lighter with each sequential treatment. With an SPF of 30 or greater, a person can return to normal activities immediately.
Typically, 5 sessions are recommended at 3 to 4 week intervals for best results. Each treatment will take between 20 to 40 minutes and can be used in combination with our Microdermabrasion to achieve even smoother skin texture. Please note that the ideal client has fair to olive skin and has not been currently sunbathing.
We hope that everyone realizes the importance of preventative measures to protect your skin from premature aging. While we can treat people of all ages, it is a fact that the younger you are the more collagen you have and the fewer treatments you will need. If we have more to correct, it will take more treatments over a period of time to achieve your desired look.

One wavelength is used to resurface the scar and a second for collagen production that will smooth out, reduce or eliminate the scars of your troubling past. Stretch marks are treated like other scars with the Affirm laser. Tissue tightening causes the stretch marks to shrink, become smaller and less noticeable. Collagen production smoothes out the borders and fills in any irregularities. This treatment is helpful for those who have experienced stretchmarks from pregnancy, rapid weight gain or from bodybuilding, let us use our laser for a reduction in appearance of those marks.
